By submitting an order via our website, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement. The contract is concluded as soon as HaloCoreX confirms the order.

 

3. Prices and Payment:

The prices listed on the website are final prices including VAT. Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer. The goods remain the property of HaloCoreX until full payment is received.

 

4th delivery:

Delivery will take place within the delivery period specified on the website.

HaloCoreX reserves the right to make partial deliveries.

 

5. Right of withdrawal:

6. Warranty:

HaloCoreX is liable within the scope of the statutory provisions for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for breaches of duty due to slight negligence is excluded.
