1. Right of withdrawal:

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which the customer acquires, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer acquires, physical possession of the goods.

 

2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the customer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.

 

3. Consequences of revocation:

If the customer cancels this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from them, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if the customer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of the cancellation of this contract.

 

4. Return shipping costs:

The customer bears the costs for returning the goods.

 

5. Return policy:

The goods must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. The customer is obligated to exercise reasonable care with regard to the goods.

 

6. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the delivered goods, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
